Alamo is a beautiful unincorporated community located along Interstate 680 corridor. The community has a total area of 9.7 square miles and an elevation of 7 feet.
Historically, Alamo was an agricultural community producing almonds, walnuts, pears and grapes, along with other crops. Due to the beautiful weather, location, and environment, Alamo quickly flourished to the residential community it is today.
Alamo has a historic downtown that attracts people for its retail and service businesses - including the real estate, insurance, and healthcare services.
